What to include when you write
- The email address on your IAGD account.
- The invoice number, order number, or IAGD number the message concerns.
- For a payment problem, the reference on your payment receipt and the date.
- For a damaged or wrong delivery, photographs of the item and of the packaging.
- For a registry correction, the pet name and what the entry should say.

Customer service is not staffed around the clock and cannot give veterinary advice. If your animal is collapsed, bleeding heavily, struggling to breathe, seizing, or in severe pain, go to a physical veterinary clinic immediately.
